Dr Vinita Manjure is currently a General Practitioner, having spent a decade in secondary care training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also Director, Ourmedic.com, a CQC-approved online consultation platform with a panel of UK registered doctors which provides medical second opinion services to patients in India and virtual clinics to patients in the U.K.

Dr Manjure’s special interests include women’s health (contraception and menopause), polypharmacy and medication management, endocrinology (including diabetes), and audit and quality improvement. She has worked in local commissioning groups and her keen interest in education led her to hold the roles of GP Tutor, Trainer and Training Programme Director for Health Education East of England.

Dr Sanjiv Manjure is a highly accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in hip and knee conditions, including sports injuries, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, cartilage transplantation, and both primary and revision joint replacements. He is recognized for his innovative approach, introducing advanced techniques such as computer navigation for knee replacements and establishing the Hip & Knee Surgery Unit for complex and revision arthroplasty at Luton and Dunstable University Hospitals NHS Trust.

A graduate of The M.S. University, Baroda, India, Dr Manjure earned his Master’s degree in Orthopaedics (M.S. Orthopaedics) following an intensive four-year residency program involving research, publications, and extensive surgical training. He further advanced his expertise in the UK, completing Higher Surgical Training in the South East Thames Region (Guy’s and St. Thomas’) and earning his M.Ch (Liverpool), FRCS (General Surgery, Glasgow), and FRCS (Trauma and Orthopaedics). During his advanced training at Guy’s Hospital Knee Unit in London, he refined his skills in knee sports injuries and revision arthroplasty.

Dr Manjure has served as a Consultant at Medway Hospitals NHS Trust, King’s College Hospital, London, and currently at Luton and Dunstable NHS Trust, where his contributions earned him the Clinical Excellence Award in 2008-2009.

Dr Naveen Talwar is a senior orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon with over 33 years of experience and more than 3,000 successful joint surgeries. Renowned for his precision and patient-centric approach, his expertise includes joint replacements, spine surgery, arthroscopy, and sports injury care, with a focus on evidence-based and regenerative treatments.

He has received several accolades, including Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Year by URS Asia One and awards from the Indian Medical Association and Delhi Association of Doctors. Dr Talwar has also played key roles in national and international conferences and actively contributed to orthopaedic research.

Committed to community health, he actively supports children with cancer and kidney conditions while holding leadership positions in healthcare innovation.

Georgios Tsiknas is a UK-based specialist vestibular and musculoskeletal physiotherapist and the founder of Your Caring Physios. He is also associated as a specialist physiotherapist with House of Health, UK. With over ten years in NHS outpatient services, and additional experience in the private sector, Mr Tsiknas has led regional BPPV training, guided junior clinicians, and served as the Midlands representative for the ACPIVR.

Today, he brings that wealth of expertise into his practice, where he blends specialist vestibular rehabilitation with advanced MSK care. Known for his clear, empathetic communication and patient-centred approach, Mr Tsiknas is dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, strength, and confidence in their daily lives.
