Dr Supriya Malik

Dr Supriya Malik is the Founder and CEO of eMbrace, a multidisciplinary mental health and neurodevelopmental care platform delivering evidence-based services across the lifespan. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Indo-Canadian Autism Network (I-CAN) and leads the Child Development Centre at Madhukar Rainbow Children’s Hospital, New Delhi. She has been recognised with the Business World 40 Under 40 award for her contributions to advancing mental health and developmental services in India.

A Developmental Psychologist (PhD), C.Psychol. (UK), Dr Malik has over 18 years of experience across clinical, academic, and leadership settings in developmental and mental health disorders. Her work focuses on neurodevelopmental conditions, capacity building, and the design of inclusive care systems.

She has played a key role in developing training programmes, contributing to inclusion-focused policy initiatives, and strengthening multidisciplinary care pathways for children, adolescents, and adults. She has also co-authored India’s first undergraduate diploma programme for individuals with learning disabilities and contributed to international peer-reviewed publications.

Dr Malik actively collaborates with schools, healthcare institutions, and corporate organisations to design and implement school-based mental health frameworks, learning support, infrastructure, and neurodiversity awareness initiatives. She has led workshops and training engagements with leading global organisations promoting psychologically safe and inclusive environments.
