Dr Shabana Bora

Dr Shabana Bora is the Founder of Alma Fertility and a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with more than twenty years of experience in women’s health and reproductive medicine. She trained and worked as a Consultant for over ten years at one of London’s leading fertility clinics, where she developed a reputation for delivering evidence-based treatment with a compassionate and understanding approach to patient care.

She believes in a holistic approach to fertility care, recognising the importance of lifestyle, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing alongside medical treatment. She has a passion for providing support for patients seeking gamete donation and has facilitated the development of one of London’s only donor embryo banks. Dr Bora has a personal insight into the emotional aspects of fertility treatment, which shapes her commitment to making patients feel heard, supported and confident throughout their journey.
